Cars, Cars, Cars

What car to get? I am in the market for one, but can't decide on what to get. Not a new one, of course, second hand, but hopefully still quite new would be good. This will actually be the first car that I have owned as I borrowed Mum's for years and then purchased my trusty scooter which has done me well these last 3 years.

I think I have narrowed it down to 4 feasible options:

Toyota Corolla









Toyota Yaris







Holden Astra









Mazda 2









I am leaning towards the Corolla, however these buggers seem to hold their value rather stubbornly and folks at auctions are paying way too much for them. So I would probably have to get an older one.

Regardless of which car I might end up with, I will still need to decide on one issue: can I bear to part with my beloved old scooter? We've been through a lot together... storms, blow-outs, near crashes... we've ran out of fuel (x10) and I've pushed her up hills... she's been pushed over, she's had bolts nicked... but she's never failed to start.
